The Annual Pack 55 Activity Fee for the 2025-2026 school year is $140 per scout. This activity fee covers the cost of most pack activities (meeting supplies, STEM events, speakers, pinewood derby), rank books, the Blue and Gold Banquet, camping registration, a Pack 55 t-shirt, advancements/awards and other incidentals. The $140 Pack 55 Activity Fee should be paid by September 30, 2025.

In addition to the Pack 55 Activity Fee, the Boy Scouts of America now collects its BSA Annual Fee (~$85 per scout) on a rolling annual renewal basis.  Each scouting family is responsible for paying their BSA Annual Fee upon their anniversary date. 

Some additional fees may be incurred throughout this scouting year (parking/day entry pass, food for your den on camping events, etc.). The actual, annual cost of programming per scout is higher than the collected Pack 55 Activity Fee and is reduced by our annual popcorn fundraising event. In order to keep our Pack 55 Activity Fee at its current level, it is critical that all scouts and families participate in the popcorn fundraiser to help cover the remainder of the program costs. Popcorn sales teaches our scouts communication and entrepreneurial skills, as well shows them the value of hard work and of learning to "pay their own way."

If you have multiple scouts in Pack 55, you will have to submit multiple Doubleknot registrations to pay an Activity Fee for EACH registered scout. Scout(s) for whom the 2025-26 Activity Fee/Dues have not yet been paid will be dropped from the Pack 55 Recharter Roster in early December 2025. Do not delay; please pay your Activity Fee today!

No family will be turned away from Pack 55 due to an inability to pay the Annual Pack 55 Activity Fee. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, scholarships are available to allow scouts in need to participate in Cub Scouting. Contact pcc@pack55.org to learn more about scholarships options.
