The last date for registration has passed.

Please register for the Pack 55 Spring Campout at the Double Lake Recreation Area. The deadline to register is 6 PM, THURSDAY, APRIL 8. There is no camping fee associated with attending (included in your scout's annual dues), but we do need accurate headcounts for planning purposes. You may incur incidental costs associated with car/gate entry and food costs for your den.

COVID-19 protocols will be announced ahead of the event. Families units will tent together, and each family unit will be assigned to a designated GROUP SITE. We ask that you limit any close contact with families/dens at other group sites for the duration of the weekend.

When asked "How Many" on next page, select "1," unless you have scouts in multiple rank/dens. As part of the registration, please indicate the number of tents your family unit (scouts, siblings and adults) plan to occupy on each Friday and Saturday night of the campout. Please limit the number of tents used by your family unit to only what you need, in order to make it easier to socially distance the tents within each group site. Please plan to tent as a family (no sharing of tents by scouts from different family units). If you have scouts/siblings camping overnight in multiple dens, please indicate more than "1" when asked "How Many" on the next page include in the remarks. Be sure to indicate in the "Special Requests" section that you have scouts in multiple dens so that we can attempt to place families with scouts in multiple dens/ranks as close to each other as possible.

IMPORTANT: The Campmaster needs to know the headcount/tentcount for each night of the campout, in each den's assigned group campsite. Communicate your plans to attend to your den leader as well.

All attendees (adults, scouts, siblings) must have submitted a completed BSA Part A/B health form to the Campmaster. If you have not yet done so, fill out a health form FOR EACH MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY WHO WILL ATTTEND THE CAMPOUT. A link to the health form can be found here: http://www.pack55.org/forms/medform-2019-AB.pdf. HARD COPIES of the completed forms WITH WET SIGNATURES must be turned in at the next in-person pack event, or to Bradley Dennison or Mitchell Fuller. All Part A/B forms must be collected before you are allowed to participate in the campout.

The GROUP SITES are located near Double Lake, and so water awareness and safety is very important. There will be NO pack sponsored water sports or swimming permitted during the campout. Responsible adults are required to maintain adequate supervision of the scout/youth participants.

AMENITIES: There are flush toilets and running water available. There will be no electricity at the GROUP SITES. Tent camping only is permitted in the GROUP SITES. Cell phone service may be limited.
